SHIPPING & HANDLING

SHIPPING FEES AND DELIVERY TIMES

All shipping services used by www.popcaven.com provide a tracking number  for the cost of your package. In the event that multiple orders are placed with the same shipping destination and on the same account, orders will be combined and shipping fees will be adjusted, unless otherwise requested.
Purchases in the US cost $7.00 to ship using USPS Priority shipping (1-3 days) depending on your location and $20.00 for Express mail. (Overnight delivery). 

Please allow 3-7 business days for processing time.

All orders placed on the weekend will not be processed until the coming Monday.


PRE-ORDERS

Customers who purchase items through pre-order should allow 5-10 days for processing time. Immediately the order number has been fulfilled, you will be contacted with shipping confirmation details.
 
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We accept International orders.

International purchases cost $15.00 to ship using USPS First Class International Standard shipping (1-3 weeks) , $25.50 to ship using USPS Priority International (6 - 10 days) and $45.00 to ship using USPS Priority Express (3-5 days).  Please be patient! Your package is on its way. You should receive a custom's number via email when you are notified that your package has been shipped.
DUTIES

Some countries may charge import duties or other random fees. Sorry, we have no control over this and it's your responsibility to pay for any fees. We value your package at the accurate amount you paid for the item through our website.
LOST PACKAGES
Pop Caven is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once it has been shipped from our facility. Orders are sent to the exact address given to us for shipping. We are not responsible for the cost of lost or returned packages due to a 
wrong address.

If you are unable to use your card online, please contact us at hello@popcaven.com and we may be able to individually fulfill your order.

WRONG ADDRESS, NON RECEIVED ITEMS AND RETURNS

If the item is not received and sent back to us by the postal service company you will be charged the actual shipping fee. The price of the item will be credited once we receive the item. We will contact you to inform you when we receive the package.

  • Are out-of-stock items restocked

    If an item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible. 

  • Will I receive the same product that I see in the photo?

    Our products are hand crafted so expect slight differences in the final product.

  • How can I be sure that I've made my purchase correctly?

    We will send you a confirmation email once you place your order. If you do not receive this email please send us an email and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

  • Can I track my order?

    We will give you a tracking number to enable you to track your order.

  • Can I remove items from my order?

    Yes. You can delete any unwanted items from your shopping bag as long as the order has not been processed yet.

  • What should I do if I receive a faulty item?

    In the rare event of receiving a faulty item, please send us an email and one of our customer service representatives will get back to you.

  • What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

    If you were to accidentally receive an item that you did not order, please contact our customer service.

  • Can I return/exchange an item?

    There are NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. Make sure you order the right size and the right design. Refer to the Size guide to understand the way our garments fit on female and males.
