Our minimum order is $1000 for your opening order. Because we produce to order, cancellations and revisions cannot be accepted more than 3 days after your order has been received. When we receive your order, we will confirm the details via e-mail before proceeding with production.

On initial orders, we must request your company's tax id number. We will keep it on file to comply with Maryland's tax exempt sales records requirements.

Due to our custom nature of production, please note that products on the website may vary slightly from their actual appearance. If you require an exact match, please order a sample before placing your order. 

POP CAVEN reserves the right to revise prices and details at any time without notice.



 Orders are placed by the Retailer by filling out our attached PDF Order Form and e-mailing it to (sales@POPCAVEN.com).

All orders must be pre-paid by the Retailer before being shipped out, through one of the following options:
•PayPal. Send the payment to [Contact sales@POPCAVEN for email) 
•Credit Card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express

Once we receive your order, we will send an e-mail to confirm the details. Your order will be sent via USPS ground/ priority flat rate service, unless another service is requested by you. Your company is responsible for all applicable shipping and insurance charges, as itemized on your invoice from POP CAVEN. We will cover 50% of the shipping costs for any orders over $800.

Please allow 5-10 business days of processing time for bulk orders. Delivery time is 2-5 days within the US and up to 3 weeks internationally.


All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized retailers will receive 50% off the MSRP. Our Pricing does not include any shipping charges.

We do not allow selling our products at a lower price than the Suggested Retail Price (SRP). Pricing should be consistent across all selling venues - In-Store as well as Online. 


Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact us at sales@POPCAVEN.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 14 days after receipt.

We cannot accept responsibility for any losses occurred in the mail handling and/or in transit back to us. To avoid such losses, we therefore advise you to use Recorded Delivery when returning a faulty item(s), in order to obtain a proof or certificate of having posted the item(s).


Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.


We do not share or otherwise disclose our clients' personal or company information. However, pertinent information may be disclosed, under the guidance of law, to verify sales tax exempt status for wholesale customers and to prevent credit card fraud.
